Their study concluded that for most women, there was reduction in pain for a period of three months without a bra. For the study, they asked the women to replace the bra by a kind of soft t-shirt or a tank top, or anything. Following the study, no women desired regain the use of the bra as they had gained ease and comfort.

A medical doctor has published these results in the treatment of shoulder pain in women with large breasts. In this 5-year study, it was suggested that patients relieve the weight on their shoulders for a period of two weeks, going without a bra.

The study said the results were long-term absence of shoulder pain if we no longer using bra. 79% of patients then decided to unload the weight of their breasts from their shoulders permanently permanently eliminating the use of bra because they felt liberated.
