Milan Fashion Week Day 1

Romance and elegance alternated with color and style of play here is the notes that accompanied the first day of Milan Fashion Week.

After New York and London, we are finally in Italy. On February 25, the Fashion Week has arrived in Milan, the Italian fashion capital.

A show started off great, catwalk we could see the original collections and, at the same time, very elegant expression of femininity without constraints, for a romantic woman, yes, but in an alternative way; a woman who loves to break the rules and feel free in his style.

A very eventful day that saw alternating the catwalk many important names of the fashion world: Fay, Gucci, Alberta Ferretti, Luisa Beccaria, Stella Jean and Philipp Plein, to name just a few. Many shows for an event entirely new, so why Milan Fashion celebrated a new vision of femininity, free from predefined constraints, and has painted the face of a single woman in her genre.

Ethereal femininity and elegance: the image of a princess woman

The vision of a sophisticated woman, elegant and a little ‘Princess was painted by the parade of Luisa Beccaria that brought on the runway wonderful evening gowns featuring floral motifs, transparencies super sensual and romantic lace details.

The designer has surprised everyone with its silk and lace creations that wrap around the silhouette, outlining the features of an elegant and dreamy woman who loves to wear long dress with soft lines. A real princess is the one presented by the designer, whose stretch of modernity is given by the Basques in perfect Parisian style.

An ethereal collection, bright and almost impalpable, date from feeling super light texture and the beautiful gold details that adorned the clothes worn by the models.

On the same note there was the parade of Alberta Ferretti who presented a capsule collection that looked like something out of a fairy-tale world.

A collection outside time and space and that has charmed everyone catapulting viewers into a story of the Brothers Grimm. The fairy-tale setting is given just by the clothes proposed: long dress with large prints inspired by tapestries, floral motifs and abstract decorations, lace details and embroideries have created a unique atmosphere.

A succession of warm colors to resume all the nuances that are found walking in the woods: red, bronze, brown, sand and green. A parade that brought on the catwalk image of a sophisticated and delicate woman like autumn leaves.

Color and fantasy for a trip to exotic countries

The journey continues with Stella Jean who by his collection has projected the viewer to warmer countries. The designer has brought in vibrant colors walkway, nuance decided and strong as well as the image of women had submitted.

A succession of super soft pants and colorful abstract decorations worn with simple t-shirt striped mini dress with floral patterns and totally original prints, soft sweaters with geometric decorations and long double-breasted jackets by straight lines.

A collection that blends perfectly with the elements of men’s fashion women’s fashion items for a mix and match bold and totally out of line.

Elegance and sensuality: the image of a sophisticated woman

Elegance, charm and sensuality are the notes that accompanied the parade of Francesco Scognamiglio and Fay.

The Italian designer with the collection autumn-winter 2015/2016 has painted a picture of a sensual woman who loves to wear long dresses blacks, the clean, straight lines, characterized by beautiful transparencies and floral decorations.

Throughout the first part of the parade we admired a real dark lady that confident and proud of themselves sinuous parade wrapped in clothes from super light texture; The second half was dominated by pastel colors that we found in romantic dresses in pink silk and delicate and graceful petticoats.

Francesco Scognamiglio has painted with his palette of colors the face of a sensual, elegant and sophisticated.

On the same wavelength as the capsule collection Fay that brought on the runway a youthful style and totally chic. Straight trousers, soft and warm sweaters, Pencil tweed blazer in black velvet, delicious Basques in parisienne style, prints and heavier fabrics for coats and jackets, all for a collection with a simple mood, practical and bon-ton.

Look rock & mannish style

Milan Fashion Week was marked by two parades-event, to Gucci and that of Philipp Plein,who led the catwalk two collections that speak for themselves.

The fashion house of Gucci fashion after Frida Giannini has appointed a new creative director: Alessandro Michele that brought on the runway a unique capsule collection features a number of appeals to men’s fashion and film.

It was like being in a movie Tim Burton where the bright colors mixed with more subtle tones, original decorations and extravagant elements were the masters.

oversized glasses, colored blazers, skirts pleated mini dress with ruffles and big collar, soft beanie on his neck, and even fur, bizarre slippers with fur details, long dress with floral patterns and designs for a fashion show of great visual impact.

The same can be said of Philipp Plein, who presented his creations in alternative and spectacular way: on the catwalk there was a carousel with rollercoaster lit by lights and big screens for an event from rock mood.

Autumn Winter 2015/2016 signed Philipp Plein is made of leather garments with fur details, jogging pants, sweaters and sweatshirts with printed numbers and maxi t-shirt basketball with prints.

A capsule collection in black and white where elegance and street style are mixed giving life to the image of a woman warrior, rock and sporty at the same time.
