Job Description HR Recruiter
The recruiter is responsible for recruiting staff. Usually even for the entire recruiting process – from the analysis of the job requirements to the hiring of the specialist staff.
Part of the job and the typical tasks of a recruiter
In order to find suitable specialists, he uses various channels and platforms and maintains close contact with employment agencies, universities and other educational institutions and personnel service providers. He arranges appointments with the applicants and conducts them by telephone or in person. He accompanies his candidates through the entire selection process. He oversees and expands a pool of qualified applicants. He provides himself and his clients with a good overview of his work through statistics that he compiles. He also advises the relevant departments or clients with regard to recruitment.
In some companies he is involved in personnel marketing and looks for new ways to find suitable candidates and to build up or expand the employer’s good name on the applicant market.
Commercial or technical training or a degree in business administration is required for this job. Employers also value experience in the area of personnel recruitment and industry knowledge. Good MS Office skills are expected, as is the confident use of online platforms and, if necessary, other channels. He is very familiar with the organizational and operational structures in large companies.
Motivational, communication and organizational skills as well as a confident demeanor are important for this job.
