The customer support employee acts in a company, typically in wholesale and retail but not exclusively, at the interface between provider and customer as a contact person for additional services in customer support. Typical tasks of a customer support employee
The customer support representative is responsible for customer care in a company’s customer service and customer support departments. This includes processing warranty claims, accepting complaints and processing inquiries and orders. The Customer Support employee answers questions about the service or product.
