The property manager is responsible for the professional management of commercial real estate. He takes care of the rental of office units. Specialization sometimes takes place, with the technical property manager increasingly taking care of all the technical aspects of a property.

The most important tasks of the property manager include advising and supporting customers. He plans the management costs and controls the facility management.
